The city owned this property for years and utilized it as an assisted living home. It was in rough shape but eventually sold in May 22, 2015 for $530,000 to a developer who fixed it up to flip. The home looks substaintally better inside and out but the layout remained the same which is a bit odd. The investor cleaned up the yard and added raised beds on the sides of the house, installed new windows, kitchen, bathrooms, carpet and lots of paint. It shows well but the overall quality of construction is a 5 or 6 out of 10 but that didn’t stop the multiple offers to have it go under contract immediately.
